Jordan earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University and completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. Seeking advanced education in orthopedics, she underwent an orthopedic residency program in California to enhance her expertise in orthopedic physical therapy, enabling her to better assist her patients. Jordan successfully graduated from the Kaiser Permanente Orthopedic Residency program in 2021 and subsequently obtained her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification.
With a passion for aiding individuals in returning to their favorite activities, Jordan has dedicated six years to enhancing her patients' quality of life. Specializing in working with athletes and weekend warriors, she brings experience across all age groups and levels of physicality. Emphasizing a comprehensive approach, she begins by delving into each patient's history and story. Leveraging her Selective Functional Movement Assessment certification, Jordan examines how each patient moves holistically to identify the root cause of injuries.
Additionally, she is certified in dry needling, employing this technique to manage pain and enhance movement in her patients. She is also trained in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jordan finds joy in playing sports, biking, reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. A recent resident of Wisconsin, she embraces the experience of seasons and explores the scenic outdoors that the state has to offer.
