We want to help you bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be. Don’t let pain, injuries or strength and balance challenges hold you back from doing the things you love.

What is Physical Therapy?

Physical therapy helps treat injuries like sprains, strains, and more without surgery, medication, or injections. It’s also important for recovery before and after surgery.

Physical therapists educate you about your condition and provide tools to help you get back to daily activities quickly.

Your journey at Advanced starts with an evaluation to determine the best treatment plan.

This is our opportunity to get to know you, your journey, and your goals. We want to hear your story!

The number of sessions and techniques depends on your diagnosis and the plan you determine with your therapist.

You don’t need a doctor’s referral to start physical therapy.

Sessions typically last 30-60 minutes and may include:

  • Hands-on manual therapy

  • Strengthening and home exercises

  • Posture and movement education

  • Other specialized treatments

We also offer specialty services like Vestibular Therapy, Concussion Care, Lymphedema, fall prevention, Pelvic Health, Cupping, Blood Flow Restriction Training, and more.
